In the automatic industrial production and civil weighing system, most of the conventional analog signal weighing sensors are used. The analog weighing sensors currently in use, the analog signals generated by the resistance strain conversion principle, need to pass the analog signals in the application. The transmitter is converted to an analog voltage or an analog current. In the manufacturing process, circuit compensation and adjustment, signal conditioning and other aspects have accumulated a lot of experience, so the application is more extensive. However, the output signal is small, the transmission distance is short, the anti-interference ability is poor, the compensation items interact, the circuit compensation and adjustment process is complicated, not only time-consuming and laborious, but also the compensation precision is low; the weighing display control instrument is complicated, and the installation and debugging are inconvenient. Such defects as congenital defects determine the development of the analog load cell in the digital direction, and can only parasitize the digital conversion unit outside the strain bridge, and the analog signal is a digital signal.


Thus, there has been a digital conversion approach in which the output signal of an analog load cell is converted to a digital signal output by a digital transmitter mounted inside it, commonly referred to as a digital load cell. Namely: analog load cell + digital transmitter = digital load cell


The digital sensor adopts integrated A/D conversion circuit, digital signal transmission and digital filtering technology. The sensor has a long transmission distance and strong anti-interference ability, and the sensor itself is a good shield. Only these two The characteristics determine its anti-interference ability, which greatly improves the stability of the sensor. The digital load cell converts the traditional sensor analog signal into a high-precision RS485 digital signal, which can be exempted from calibration and used in industrial control systems. It can directly carry out data transmission with PLC or load capacity information of applications such as intelligent instruments. Converted into a digital signal.
